Field Superintendent - Electrical Systems

Hoffman Construction is seeking an Electrical Field Superintendent. This individual will work with our project management team and our subcontractors to manage day-to-day site activities, driving field execution, and ensuring alignment with project schedule, safety standards, quality expectations, and design intent. The Field Superintendent plays a critical leadership role, directing trade partners, supervisors, and field staff across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment. The position requires experience in managing high-volume structural, CSA, and MEP scopes in parallel with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues in the field. This position will be fully at the project site near Amarillo, TX.
Salary: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 DOE + 12% geo-uplift, per diem & incentives
