Job Summary
Field Supervisors oversee and participate in highway maintenance operations while leading Highway Maintenance Technicians in the field. Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, supervising crews, supporting employee development, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining productivity standards. The role involves overseeing highway maintenance activities such as attenuator repair and installation, sign repair and installation, guardrail repair, concrete repair, and other roadway maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or field leadership experience in highway maintenance.
- Roadway or toll lane maintenance experience.
- Industry knowledge of highway maintenance and/or transportation construction.
