Job Description
We are looking for a Field Support Engineer with strong hands‑on knowledge in both Windows Server and Linux environments. The role is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, deployment support, maintenance, training, and operational support for IPS systems, tools and associated process.
Industrial Personalization Solutions (IPS) department is in charge of providing infrastructure and business packages to industrialize Thales Banking products in Personalization Bureau.
Responsibilities Windows & Linux Deployment & Support- Deploy and support applications on Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Troubleshoot deployment, service, performance, access, configuration, and application dependency issues.
