:The Field Systems Analyst assists the Field Systems Analyst Manager in monitoring and supporting day-to-day operations of the ITS Tolling system and management of inventory control to ensure SLAs, KPIs, and general requirements are met and/or exceeded. The Field Systems Analyst also actively participates in Field Systems training activities and performs maintenance activities on occasion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Measure, analyze, and trend Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as they relate to inventory management
Analysis of inventory cost trends to measure against the budget and report on deviations
Propose and drive the implementation of automated dashboard reports for inventory operations.
Report, analysis, and trend on the accuracy and timeliness of completed work orders, as well as system repair and response times
