Summary This position is located in Jimmy Carter National Historic Site, in the Maintenance Division. These positions are being filled under the Field Unit Local Hiring Authority (FUL). Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of preservation trade work needed to build, maintain, restore, and/or preserve historic structures and landscapes. Such structures and landscapes include but are not limited to historic buildings, monuments, memorials, statues, markers, signs, tablets, artillery pieces, etc. As a Preservation Worker, the incumbent performs trade work related to historic preservation. As a member of a park organization's historic preservation program, the incumbent is required to adhere to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
