Responsibilities:
·Manage project portfolio that consists primarily of Time & Material and Unit Based contracts with limited regional and service line scope.
·Assist with project invoicing and forecasting as necessary.
·Monitor accounts receivable for assigned projects and work with sponsor to achieve timely payment of invoice.
·Review contracts and payment language to assure accuracy of contracts.
·Assist on preparing raw data of monthly project analysis report
·Classify and organize supplier contracts, record key information such as signing date and service term, and conduct preliminary comparison with actual payment records.
·Assist in tracking the implementation of the budget, compare actuals with budget, and sort out details of differences.
