Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis on hospitality assets, with a focus on European and all-inclusive hotel models .
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support asset management decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends impacting hotel performance.
- Support profitability analysis by evaluating revenue streams, expenses, and cost control strategies.
- Assist in monthly financial reconciliations , ensuring data accuracy across multiple properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams and hotel operators to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Maintain and update financial models to assess asset valuation, investment performance, and capital expenditures.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and investors.
