Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
- Assist in processing of purchase requisition.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensure global reporting deadlines are met.
- Perform basic financial analysis and reporting tasks
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist in preparing documents for audit, tax and ISMS purposes.
- Participate and contribute to process improvements.
- Assist in exploring and applying AI tools to improve accounting workflows and reporting efficiency.
- Assist in other ad‑hoc assignments as required by the head of department.
