The Finance & Accounting Specialist is responsible for providing essential back-office support focused on bookkeeping and overall financial operations. This role requires hands‑on experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of general accounting principles.
The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, support reporting, and contribute to audit and compliance efforts. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to improving processes are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Accurately enter and maintain financial data using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
