Join our dynamic Finance team as a Finance Administration Assistant in Bristol on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a major system implementation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly, with responsibilities across compliance, client ledger management, risk, billing, supplier payments, and safeguarding client funds. Our Finance team is expanding, currently comprising 46 dedicated professionals.
Your Role
We are looking for a Finance Administration Assistant to work within our Billing Team where you will manage a variety of incoming ticket requests including:
- Processing credit notes and write offs
- Processing rate amendments and revaluing WIP
- Raising and dispatching bills in line with client requirements
- Uploading e-bills to various e-billing portals
- Updating bill status within our Finance system
- Supporting with adhoc tasks as and when required
