A client in the talent agency space is seeking a Finance Admin / Coordinator to support the client payment process within the finance team. This role sits at the intersection of finance operations and client/agent coordination, ensuring incoming payments are accurately tracked, reconciled, and communicated across the business. This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role supporting wire transfers and client transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Role Context
• Acts as a liaison between buyers/producers, agents, and clients
• Payments flow through WME first, then are processed and distributed
• Handles 50–80+ transactions per day, requiring organization and accuracy
• Initially focused on data entry and transaction processing, with increasing exposure to client/agent communication (~20%)
