    This Government Department is seeking a Finance Administrator to support the Accounts Payable team with processing invoices as well as triaging phone enquiries.

    Responsibilities

  • Undertake a range of financial management, purchasing, asset and administration transactional activities
  • Learn and execute both processing invoices through Kofax as well as triaging phone enquiries from suppliers and internal customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries explaining rules, procedures and policies to stakeholders on a range of finance, purchasing, asset and administration activities.
  • Draft routine internal and external reports
  • Provide a high level of customer service
