Key Responsibilities:- Generate and analyze PR/GR andfinancial reports using SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Process invoice payments andensure timely reconciliation of technology-related expenses.
- Maintain accurate financialrecords and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Partner with senior technologyleaders to monitor and optimize budget utilization for IT projects andoperations.
- Support the renewal andbudgeting of software and hardware contracts.
- Assist in managing projectbudgets, tracking spend against forecasts, and identifying variances.
- Prepare monthly financialdashboards and insights for the Technology Finance team.
- Oversee IT asset management,including inventory tracking, issuance, and decommissioning of laptops andother hardware.
- Ensure compliance with internalcontrols, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
