Job Description
The Finance Analyst provides end-to-end compliance support for assigned entities by owning statutory reporting deliverables and selected local tax compliance activities that must reconcile to the audited financial statements. The role is designed for a higher-skill analyst who can bridge accounting and tax requirements, coordinate effectively with external advisors, and reduce execution risk caused by fragmented ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and related disclosures for assigned entities in accordance with US GAAP, local GAAP, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Own end-to-end statutory audit coordination for assigned entities, including planning, preparation of supporting schedules, management of auditor queries, and timely close-out.
