**Finance Analyst – Global Product Innovation**
**Hybrid Role with 3 days onsite in Cheltenham**

Reporting to the Snr Finance Controller GPI, you’ll partner closely with leaders across the Transformative Innovation Team and Program Management - turning financial data into clear insights that shape decisions. You’ll co-ordinate the monthly forecast cycle and support the annual planning process, while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks across your portfolio that may cause variances to plan. You’ll also coordinate and track key GPI metrics, investigating variances to plan and confidently translate your findings into monthly presentations and leadership updates.
