About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst, Joint Venture Accounting. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Joint Venture Accounting (various Upstream BUs)
- Booking of accruals, overhead charges, and misc. expenses
- Analysis, determination and recording in JDE of share of JV Cost
- Preparation/analysis of JV billing statements
- Submit payment request & coordinate with treasury
- Preparation and booking of partner cash call requests/payments
- AFE Analysis and Maintenance Accounts Reconciliation
- Performs accounts reconciliation of related accounts
- Perform Trace & Escalation procedure for reconciling items
- General Administrative Tasks – maintain updated process documentation
- Performs roles and responsibilities for assigned coordination role
