Job Description

Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Management Accounting team. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate month-end reporting, analysing venue performance, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive better decision-making.


What You’ll Do


Month-End Reporting

  • Prepare monthly venue P&Ls

  • Review and reconcile F&B sales and COGS

  • Analyse labour costs and operating expenses

  • Prepare accruals and investigate variances

  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

    • Weekly Performance Analysis

  • Review weekly P&Ls against budget

  • Identify favourable/unfavourable variances

  • Highlight risks, trends, and improvement areas

    • Business Partnering

  • Build strong relationships across finance, venues and department heads

  • Contribute to team meetings and improvement initiatives
