Job Description
- Perform daily review and verification of financial entries in ERP to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Identify and resolve discrepancies in daily financial postings.
- Update and maintain the PowerBI Dashboard with the latest financial and operational data. Ensure dashboard visualization are accurate, relevant, and accessible to stakeholders.
Profit & Loss (P&L) Monitoring and Analysis
- Update required datasets for monthly and quarterly P&L reporting. Reconcile financial reports to ensure P&L accuracy. Prepare P&L reports for review by the General Accounting Team. Conduct detailed P&L analysis to identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Financial and Efficiency Reporting
- Prepare and maintain cost efficiency reports, highlighting areas of operational cost optimization. Provide actionable recommendations to management based on cost and performance data.
