Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance and Accounting Associate to join our team.
This role supports both accounting and finance functions, including maintaining financial records, assisting with compliance, payroll processing, and analyzing contract performance.
This position is an in-office job located at our HQ in Elkridge, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain spreadsheets to support financial reporting and data accuracy.
- Analyze assigned contracts, focusing on projected staff hours, contract totals, revenue, and profit margins.
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation to support financial activities.
- Assist with invoicing, timekeeping, bookkeeping, and payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate entries.
