Finance and Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making.
• Other tasks assigned, as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
