- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting Team such as but not limited to, general accounting, accounts payable, taxation , treasury and credit & collection.
- Ensure on time month-end and year-end closing of books and produce financial reports in accordance with PFRS and other government agencies' reportorial requirements and ready for external audit.
- Evaluates existing processes and provides suggestions to improve accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Incharge of preparation of annual budgets and the updating thereof, in case of changes in assumptions as well as tracking of business and financial metrics
- Monitor project financials and report to management any recommendations to ensure healthy financial performance.
