Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- At least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in R2R, P2P, and O2C processes
- Has experience managing multi-functional teams or departments.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
- Main contact for clients, keep communication clear, meet service targets, and quickly fix issues to keep clients satisfied.
- Lead and support managers and teams, plan resources, and build a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Understand client contracts and priorities, handle forecasting and capacity planning, and improve tools and processes.
- Solve complex delivery problems, use data to make decisions, and drive efficiency, automation, and better customer experience.
- Guide finance processos, lead special projects or transitions, and influence stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
