Job Description
This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Finance Duties- Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record-keeping, and reconciliations
- Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
- Assist the director and senior finance executive with various financial and administrative tasks.
- Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
- Knowledge of VAT/GST and withholding tax is advantageous
- Assist in-country compliance with government regulations including external audits and tax returns
- Support and handle day-to-day office administration and documentation related to accounts and general administration.
- Manage stationery and office supply inventories.
- Handle documentation for export/import permits if applicable
