Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support daily finance operations, including cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll support, expense monitoring, and financial documentation. This role ensures accurate transactions, compliance, and smooth branch finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, reconcile, and monitor daily cash transactions, sales, and deposits.
- Assist in reimbursements, and petty cash processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records, receipts, vouchers, and invoices.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with branch staff and other departments for financial documentation.
- Knowledgeable in filing monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually BIR Forms and reports
