- Ensure timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable (AP)/Accounts Receivable (AR) day‑to‑day transactions.
- Review AP/AR reconciliation reports to follow up with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of the liability balance.
- Work closely with other functional areas (Procurement, Receiving, Billing & Collections, and Treasury etc.) to resolve issues and support achievement of business goals.
- Respond promptly to high volume of Helpdesk inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalat ion to appropriate level when necessary.
- Educate internal users on AP/AR processes and inquiry tools to encourage self‑help functions to improve efficiencies.
