Job Description
Role Purpose
Provide financial insight, analysis, and partnership to business units, enabling informed decision-making and supporting strategic and operational objectives. Act as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Support Groups to ensure financial performance is aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes.
- Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to assess risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance drivers.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate cost impacts and efficiency initiatives.
