About the Role
- Restate prior year financial statements from IFRS to US GAAP
- Assist the director/senior manager with financial reporting tasks related to the conversion
- Perform detailed reconciliations between IFRS and US GAAP to ensure accuracy
- Analyze historical data and transactions to identify adjustments per US GAAP standards
- Document all conversion adjustments with thorough audit trails for transparency and compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to validate restatement entries
Qualifications
- CPA designation (international designation accepted)
- Experience in financial reporting under US GAAP
- Experience with quarterly reporting
