We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to take ownership of the financial function within a dynamic real estate environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity setting and is confident working with property portfolios, operational teams, and senior stakeholders.
The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing all core accounting functions, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
