Job Title: Finance Controller / Head of Finance Role Overview We are looking to hire a Finance Controller to set up and manage the in-house finance function. This role will be responsible for bringing structure to financial operations, ensuring compliance, and building robust reporting and planning frameworks as the organization scales. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end bookkeeping and financial accounting processes Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements Prepare and manage monthly MIS reports for leadership and stakeholders Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Build and maintain financial models and projections (equity and debt) Work closely with leadership on cash flow management and cost optimization Coordinate with external partners for audits, due diligence, and fundraising support Set up and streamline finance processes, controls, and systems Lay the foundation for building an in-house finan...
