Public Sector People are seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator and Systems Integration - IChris to join a Southern Sydney Council on an initial 6-month contract.
This position is office based, hybrid arrangement will be considered for the right candidate - 3 days per week in office, 2 days WFH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team for processing and improvement
- End-to-end payroll processing across a complex workforce
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and policies
- Managing payroll queries and providing expert advice to stakeholders
- Supporting process reviews and system improvements
- Maintaining accuracy across payroll, tax, superannuation, and reporting
