Our client, a Durban-based, investment-led financial planning business, is looking for a dedicated Finance & Database Coordinator to join their high-performing team in Morningside. This is a permanent role for a methodical professional who excels at managing revenue data and supporting financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Management: Capture and reconcile revenue from service providers and resolve any discrepancies.
- Commission Oversight: Request and analyze commission statements for accuracy and maintain an organized archive.
- Reporting: Create detailed monthly and annual commission reports in Excel, along with ad-hoc business analytics for management.
- Financial Support: Assist external accountants with source documents for management accounts and financial statements.
- Collaboration: Liaise with service providers and internal team members for general administrative and operational tasks.
