As Finance Director, you will be the number one finance lead for Europe, with responsibility for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structure. You will operate as a true business partner - combining strong financial control with commercial leadership - while playing a central role in integration and transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading financial control, reporting and compliance across the entitiesDriving post-acquisition integration, including legal entity restructuring and simplificationOwning budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, including a 12-week cash modelPartnering with regional leadership to improve utilisation, project profitability and resource deploymentManaging working capital, improving cash performance and delivering cost reduction initiatives
