Finance Director – Singapore

Reporting to senior management and working closely with headquarters, this position will play a critical role in driving financial governance, operational excellence, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
