Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Executive. This position plays a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the company and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and receipts.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payables, ensure prompt payment to suppliers and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Manage accounts receivables, ensure prompt payment received from customers and highlight overdue invoices to the Commercial Team.
- Perform variance analysis, bank and accounts reconciliation.
- Manage cashbook, fixed assets and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and coordinate period end closing activities.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
