Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm
Up to $2,600
- To handle AP and BU function
- Processing of AP invoices, claims and refunds.
- To guide/lead the associates to ensure that all transactions are recorded timely and accurately in SAP
- Review AP journal entries such as accruals, provision and other adjustments.
- Review audit schedules and aging report
- Assist in budget preparation and budget review exercise.
- Collaborate with partnering teams to implement service standards and provide inputs for service improvements.
- Monitor process outcomes and create performance data for reporting.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
- At least Diploma in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant area
- SAP knowledge
