Overview
Working days: 5 days, 8:15am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Location: Toh Guan (Jurong East)
- Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting: reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearance
- Create AR statement of account
- Reconcile AR & AP aging and follow-up
- Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country
- MUFG netting declaration
- SAP clearance & off-set
- Audit report working and analysis
- TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc.
- Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP.
- Follow-up inquiry and disputes.
- Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents.
- Distribution of output to respective division.
- Prepare the prepaid company break bulk charges billing report.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD....
