Finance Executive (AR - Netting)
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Working days: 5 days, 8:15am – 5:30pm
Location: Toh Guan (Jurong East)
Responsibilities- Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting. Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearance. Create AR statement of account. Reconcile AR & AP aging and follow-up. Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country. MUFG netting declaration. SAP clearance & off-set. Audit report working and analysis.
- TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc.
- Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP.
- Follow-up inquiry and disputes.
- Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents.
- Distribution of output to respective division.
- Prepare the prepaid company break bulk charges billing report.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD.
