- Handle the complete accounting function, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation activities
- Carry out monthly and annual financial closing procedures
- Prepare and submit GST filings promptly and accurately
- Maintain accurate accounting records and schedules while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with external auditors and provide supporting documents for annual audit exercises
- Oversee staff reimbursement claims, petty cash management, and expense monitoring
- Maintain employee information, manage onboarding/offboarding activities, and handle work pass applications
- Process payroll monthly, including CPF contributions and tax clearance submissions
