Job Description
Responsibilities
- AP Functions: Process Concur claims, payments, and respond to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
- Treasury Functions: Maintain bank accounts, Coupa reporting, cash forecast, in-house bank account, internal netting & settlement, open bank guarantees, acknowledge documentation, and present letter of credit to bank.
- Taxation: Responsible for corporate taxation, withholding tax, and e‑invoice compliance.
- Fixed Asset: Manage, track, and ensure compliance of all fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Inter‑company billing and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly balance listings (RSMY) and post journal entries.
- Support e‑invoicing filing and compliance.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc jobs as assigned.
