Job Description: Financial Accounting & Reporting Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Accounts Payable (AP) Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments accurately and timely. Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies. Prepare payment runs (cheques, GIRO, TT) and liaise with suppliers on billing issues. Accounts Receivable (AR) Issue customer invoices and credit notes. Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain customer accounts and ageing reports. Cash & Bank Management Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow reports.
