Responsibilities Accounting of sales, purchases & amp expenses in Xero accounting software. Prepare weekly account receivables and payables report. Recording/Checking of expenses. Perform bank reconciliations and cross-check invoices submitted for payments. Preparing schedules for Audit and MIS report on a regular basis. Drive KYC process with counterparties/banks. General office duties regarding inventory, receiving clients and facilitating client meetings. Other duties as required. Education and Experience If fresh graduate: Accounting degree/diploma or equivalent. Ideally 1 years of experience in accounting function in any company. Ideally, knowledge and experience of using accounting software, ideally Xero. Some knowledge of audit and tax compliance. If with working experience: Familiarity with iron-ore trading and shipping.
