**Major responsibilities : Group-reporting / SME on Fixed Asset/Payroll accounting**
To maintain the local entities COA(chart of accounts) & mapping tables and ensure the compliance with Otis WHQ policy and instructions
To be Local SME for accounting processes and treatment for the following areas (subject to change and not limited to ) and work with Business owners and GBS(Global Business Service) for the accurate recording and reporting :
_Payroll_
_Fixed Asset / Lease_
_Intercompany accounts_
_Investment / Equity accounts_
To assist the month-end closing coordination among business users, local finance, and GBS according to WHQ guidance/instructions
