I’m currently recruiting for a Finance Graduate opportunity, based in Swansea.This role reports directly to the Management Accountant and plays a key part in supporting the financial management and operational performance of the site. It offers excellent exposure across plant finance, giving you the opportunity to get involved in both day-to-day reporting and wider business improvement initiatives.Key areas of responsibility include:Supporting daily financial reporting and plant controlling activities, including operational metrics such as productivity, cost, and absorption analysis Assisting with inventory and costing processes, including maintaining records and supporting reserve calculations Contributing to month-end close, including journals, accruals, and prepayments Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational plans Carrying out margin and variance analysis to identify trends and improvement oppo...
