Job Overview Lead the Group management accounting processes and oversee Group balance sheet controls in accordance with IFRS. Support the global alignment of overhead cost reporting across the Group and drive month-end close process improvements. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement process changes. Oversee the month-end close timetable and ensure compliance across the Group. People 4 direct reports (Manager Overhead, KL South East Asia Manager, System Analyst, Reporting Accountant) and overall accountability for a team of 11 across UK (4) and Malaysia (7). Significant impact on accuracy and compliance of management accounting processes and alignment of revenue and cost reporting across the Group. Visibility on cost timing through controls over the Group balance sheet.
