Job Purpose
The Finance & HR Manager is responsible for managing the finance, accounting, payroll and HR administration functions for Kinderland Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, payroll processing, internal controls and HR administrative support across all centres.
Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing.
- Prepare financial reports, management reports, supporting schedules and analysis.
- Handle billing, collections, payments, bank reconciliation and cash‑flow monitoring.
- Monitor school fee collections, refunds, outstanding payments, centre expenses and budget control.
- Review supplier invoices, payment requests and supporting documents to ensure proper approval, documentation and compliance.
