The Role
Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into user stories, and facilitating discussions to ensure a thorough understanding of project needs.Collaborate with development teams to design innovative solutions aligned with business goals and architectural principles.Prepare comprehensive business requirements documents and functional specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.Develop and execute test plans, conduct user UAT and ensure IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Provide requirements for automated testing to the QA team.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Work closely with Program Management to adhere to deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
