Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist to ensure accurate collaboration and complete documentation in processing Sales Orders.
- Providing effective communication with Logistics Team in all sales and delivery concerns.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers, customers, regional offices and freight forwarders on orders and shipments status.
- Assist in all Finance and Logistics concerns.
- Assisting the Finance Manager and Associate Manager for Sales and Logistics in sales and logistics coordination, and inventory management.
Job Requirements
- Have at least 1 to 2+ years of progressive experience in the logistics functions.
- Having worked for a medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare corporation is an added advantage.
