Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst

Role Overview

At ING we are looking for a Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst to join our Management Accounting Team within the Finance function. In this role you will act as an advisor to stakeholders (EXCO, Retail tribes, WB teams, COO domain) and deliver timely, rigorous, and insightful information to help the bank’s strategy be executed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly management reporting to Head Office.
• Build actual and forecast reports for Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, FTEs, etc. for Retail Banking (Private Individuals, PriBa & Buba) and Wholesale Banking.
• Build a solid network with Global Finance colleagues to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
• Produce strategic management reports (QPC, MIS) and coordinate with stakeholders across the bank, synthesizing information, comparing actual results against established targets, analysing deviations, and providing value‑added commentary. ...
