Job Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end close and produce accurate financial statements and management report
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis; provide actionable insights to management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, and banking relationships
- Maintain internal controls, policies, and compliance (tax/VAT, statutory filings)
- Coordinate external audits and resolve audit issues
- Improve finance processes and support ERP/reporting tools
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably within the aquaculture or agriculture industry
