Responsibilities
- Improve Connectivity & Insights: Strengthen collaboration among APAC controllers and deliver data-driven insights.
- Build Control & Governance: Develop and maintain robust control frameworks and governance structures.
- Drive risk assessments, manage the risk register, and oversee control-related initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on operational risk topics.
- Elevate Risk Culture: Foster a proactive, resilient operational risk mindset across APAC.
- Champion RCM Program: Ensure compliance with the CFO Group’s Regulatory Compliance Management standards in APAC.
- GL reconciliation and attestation process management.
- Host meetings (controllers meeting, APAC Attestation Committee, month-end close calls).
- Maintain APAC HUB connect site and SharePoint.
